What do I need to do if an employee is terminated or quits?

If one of your users is terminated or quits, run the reports you need and then deactivate the user.


Deleting users will delete timesheets too.  So it's best not to delete employees.


We cannot recover deleted users and timesheets.

Deactivated Users

  • Cannot log into the mobile app to clock in
  • Timesheets are saved
  • You are not billed for deactivated users
  • Reports cannot be run for deactivated users.  If the user has been deactivated and you need to access timesheets and reports, reactivate the user, view timesheets, run reports, and then deactivate the user again.
