How to Add Time - Mobile Apps

Admins can create timesheets for all users.  By default, managers and employees cannot create timesheets.  With permission turned on, managers can add timesheets for themselves and all users within the same group.  Employees, with permission, turned on, can add timesheets for themselves only.

 

IOS:

  1. Tap on time entries
  2. Tap on the plus sign
  3. Select an employee
  4. Enter the start date & end time
  5. Enter mileage
  6. Select a job 
  7. Add notes (optional)
  8. Once you're done. click on the X button and your timesheet with automatically save. 

 

 

 

 

 

Android:

  1. Tap on the plus sign
  2. Select an employee
  3. Enter the start date & end time
  4. Select a job
  5. Enter mileage
  6. Add notes (optional)
  7. Once you're done. click on the back arrow and your timesheet with automatically save.
