      Who's Working - mobile apps

      Admins can view all employees on the who's working page. 

      Managers can view employees within the same group. 

      Employees can view employees within the same group, but only with the View Who's Working permission turned on.

      iPhone

      1. Log into the Timeero mobile app
      2. Tap on More
      3. Tap on Who's Working
      4. A list and map will be displayed.  To remove the list, tap on List.  
      5. Use your fingers and "pinch" the map to zoom in and out
      6. To zoom in on each employee's location, tap on List and then tap on the employee's name.
      7. Tap Done to exit the page

       

      Android

      1. Log into the Timeero mobile app
      2. Tap on the main menu button (3 lines, top left)
      3. Tap on Management
      4. Tap on Who's Working
      5. A list and map will be displayed.  To remove the list, swipe the list down.
      6. Use your fingers and "pinch" the map to zoom in and out
      7. To zoom in on each employee's location, tap on List and then tap on the employee's name.
      8. Tap the arrow at the top left to exit the screen
