What Are Jobs?

Jobs can represent a customer, patient, vehicle, site or task to be worked. By using jobs, you can track the time spent on each for easier billing.

Every job must have a name associated with it. Your workers can pick from a list of jobs to clock into and out of so you can see what he or she is currently working on.

Jobs are not required for you to track time, GPS, and/or mileage. If you do not require users to clock into/out of jobs, simply go to Company Settings > General then turn off Require all users to select a job to clock in.

When a new user is added & and assigned to a group, if that group is already assigned to a job or multiple jobs, then that person who was just assigned to the group will automatically be assigned to that job.
