What are flagged time entries?

Time entries may be flagged in Timeero for the following reasons:

• A user clocks in or out of a job, outside of the geofence boundary.
• A user gets automatically clocked out after they exceed a certain number of hours.
• A user has a face mismatch while using face recognition (kiosk app only).

A flagged time entry will have a flag icon and will be highlighted.

To view the reason why the time entry was flagged, hover over the flag with your mouse

You can also click on the eyeball icon to view the reason on the timesheet details page.
