How to give employees access to reports

By default, Admins and Managers in Timeero have access to running reports for themselves and for their employees, while Employees in Timeero do not have access to reporting in the web portal. 

We suggest turning on View Reports for your employees so that they can log into the web portal and run reports for themselves.  

To give employees access to their own reports in the web portal:

  1. Log into the web portal.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. To the far right of the employee's name, click on the pencil icon.
  4. At the top left, click on Additional Settings.
  5. Turn on the toggle for View Reports.
  6. Click Update User.

 

With View Reports turned on, employees will have access to run reports for themselves.  No other users will show up in reports for employees who have this permission turned on.
