You can add notes while you're on the clock, and you can add notes to past timesheets
Android - add a note while you're clocked in

Open the mobile app, and from the Time Card, tap on Enter Notes

Tap on the large white area where it says Enter Notes to open your keyboard and start typing your notes

When finished, tap Save
- After adding a note, your timesheet will be Blue
Android - add a note to an existing timesheet
- Open the mobile app and tap on Timesheets, top of screen
- Find the timesheet and then tap on it to open it
- Tap on Notes
- Then, tap on the large white area where it says Enter Notes to open your keyboard and start typing your notes

When finished, tap Save
- To exit that screen, tap on the white arrow at the top left next to the day/date
- After adding a note, your timesheet will be Blue
iOS - add a note while you're clocked in

- Open the mobile app and tap on the Time Entries icon at the bottom of your screen
- Find the timesheet and then tap on it to open it
- Under the word Notes, in the blank area, tap there
- Then, tap on the large gray area to open your keyboard and start typing your notes

When finished, tap Done
- To exit that screen, tap on the blue arrow at the top left next to the word Time Entries
- After adding a note, your timesheet will be Blue
