How do I view Mileage in QuickBooks Online

To send over mileage traveled to QuickBooks Online, simply run a report in Timeero, then choose Export to QuickBooks.

Open your QuickBooks Online account and head over to Expenses. Mileage will be categorized under "Mileage" in expenses.

The Type will be "Expense" for your employees and "Bill" for your contractors.

In QuickBooks, click on View/Edit to view &/or add the name of the employee.
