How do I request time off via mobile app?

Once time off categories have been created for you by your Admin, you can easily request time off & keep track of your requests.

iOS

  1. Log into the app
  2. Select More, located at the bottom of the screen
  3. Select Time Off
  4. Tap the plus sign, located at the top of the screen
  5. Tap Pick a reason to view the time off categories and select the category of your choice. Once selected, a blue checkmark will appear. Next, choose Done.
  6. Tap on the date shown next to Start Day, choose the correct date, and then tap Done. Do the same for End Day.
  7. Next, you will choose Full Day, Half Day, or Custom.

Choose Full Day for 8 hours off.  Choose Half Day for 4 hours off.  You should only select Custom to enter a specific amount of hours for one day, not a date range.
For example, if you need to take 3 hours off out of an 8-hour work day for a doctor's appointment, you would choose Custom and enter a 3 for 3 hours off that day, but you will be working 5 hours that day.
When requesting off for multiple days (your vacation, for example, May 2 - 6 ), enter your start and end dates and choose Full Day.  This will calculate a total of 8 hours off for each day off.  If you choose Custom and enter 40 hours, that would give you 40 hours off per day.
So if you do wish to choose Custom, be sure you enter the daily time off hours, not the total time off in hours.
  8. Tap the blank space under WHY AM I TAKING OFF? to enter more details about your request.
  9. Finally, tap Send, located at the top of your screen. This will send the request to your Admin.
  10. To see if your Admin has Accepted or Rejected your request, log into the app & select More > Time Off. The status of your request will be shown on the right hand side of the screen.
