Go to your **Company Settings**. 2. Select **Weekly Snapshots** on the left hand side. 3. Turn on the toggle next to each email you would like to receive. Each report will send as a separate email. 4. Once the toggle is turned on, you will see another field. Choose what time of day you would like to receive the weekly snapshot emails. 6. Click **Save** at the bottom of the page. ### How can I Choose Which Users will  Receive the Weekly Snapshots? - If you want the snapshots sent to all admins leave the setting **Send Snapshots to only Admins** turned on.  ![](https://help.timeero.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-28-2026-03-30-14-0275-PM.png?width=571&height=40&name=image-png-Oct-28-2026-03-30-14-0275-PM.png) - If you want the snapshots sent to specific users, turn off this setting and then click **Select.**  1. Select the users you want to receive the emails. 2. Click **Select**. 3. Click **Save** at the bottom of the page. \*Managers receiving Weekly Snapshots will only see users in the same group as themselves.
