FAQs
What's the difference between "before overtime" and "after overtime" alerts?
"Before overtime" alerts notify you in advance (e.g., 1 hour before an employee hits overtime), allowing you to make adjustments. "After overtime" alerts notify you once overtime has already occurred (e.g., 3 hours after the threshold is reached), which is useful for tracking and documentation.
