Viewing the Route Map

For each timesheet that has GPS tracking associated with it, you will be provided with a route map that shows the employee's location throughout their shift.

How can I View the Route?

This process describes the old Time & Mileage view. For instruction on switching between the two views, see our How to Navigate the new Time & Mileage Page Article.

Click on the map-pin icon next to the timesheet on the Time & Mileage page.

From this page you can view the full route (blue line) that your employee recorded while clocked in. The white dot is their start location and their icon/initials will be their stop location.

For a more detailed view, you can check the box in the upper corner that says "Show breadcrumbs".
Clicking on one of the orange breadcrumbs will give you the timestamp, accuracy and speed at the time the breadcrumb was captured.

If need you can also play back the route one breadcrumb at a time, which can help make sense of all of the dots if your employee back tracks or crosses their own path throughout the day.
To do this, click the orange play button in the upper left corner of the map. You can play, pause, or skip to the next or previous breadcrumb.
