How do I View Timesheets on the Mobile App?
- Open the Timeero mobile app.
- Tap Entries at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on a timesheet entry to view its details.
- Admins and managers assigned to a group, on the entries tab will see 2 filters to toggle through "All" & "Mine" as to which timesheets they want to view.
What Timesheet Details can you View on the Mobile App?
- Start & End Times.
- Route/Location.
- Duration & Breaks.
- Job & Task.
- Notes, Photos, & Signatures.
What do the Colors on Time Entries Mean in the Mobile Apps?
- Green - the timesheet has been approved by an Admin or Manager.
- Red - the timesheet has been flagged for a reason specified in the web portal. For example: user clocked in/out outside of the geofence area.
What do the Symbols Mean in the Mobile Apps?
The Break Icon indicates that at least one break has been taken.
The Notes Icon indicates that a note has been added to the timesheet. You can view the note in the app by clicking on the timesheet and then clicking "Notes".

How can I view my totals?
From the entries page select either Totals (iOS) or Reports (Android), select filter, then enter the date range you want to see your totals for and select Apply.
How many timesheets can I see on the mobile app?
Employees can see entries from the last 30 days on the app. Admins can see a maximum of 100 days. If you need to see more timesheets, please log into the web portal.
