How can I Troubleshoot Missing Timesheets?

If a timesheet is not appearing in BambooHR, verify the following:

• The employee is mapped in Timeero.
• The Job in Timeero matches the BambooHR Project.
• The Task in Timeero matches the BambooHR Task (if tasks exist).
• The employee selected the appropriate task when clocking in.
• The employee is assigned to the Project in BambooHR.
• The integration is active.
• The employee belongs to a group included in the Timeero integration settings.
• Only timesheets within one day can be submitted.

Correcting any mismatched project, task, or employee assignments should allow the timesheet to export successfully.
