If you are an employee and your admin has not enabled permission for you to add or edit time, you will not be able to see these options in the mobile app or on the web portal. If you need to add or edit time from the web portal, please click here.
How to View Your Timesheets & Reports:
- Open the Timeero app and navigate to the Entries page using the menu at the bottom.
- Tap the Reports button at the top of the page.
- Enter the date range you want to review, then click Apply.
The mobile app will only show the grand total amount of Hours, Regular Time, Overtime, Double Overtime, and Mileage from that date range. If you need a report that shows individual timesheets for that date range, you will need to ask your admin to run a report for you.
How to Add Time:
- Open the Timeero app and navigate to the Entries page using the menu at the bottom.
- Click the "+" button in the upper right corner.
- Enter the start and end date/time for the shift you are adding, as well as any mileage, job (if applicable) and notes needed.
- Tap the "←" button in the upper left corner to save the entry.
How to Edit Time:
- Open the Timeero app and navigate to the Entries page using the menu at the bottom.
- Tap on the timesheet you would like to edit.
- Click the pencil icon in the upper right to begin making your edits.
- Change any of the values needed to correct your timesheet.
- Tap the "←" button in the upper left corner to save your changes.
Any changes made to timesheets are recorded in the activity history for the timesheet, including original times and mileage recorded, which is accessible on the web portal.
You can also delete your timesheets in the mobile app, by clicking the trash can icon instead of the edit icon. This will remove it from the mobile app as well as the web portal, so any time or mileage associated with it will also be removed.
Deleting timesheets is permanent and cannot be undone! Please make sure you are only deleting timesheets that you do not want accounted for. If you accidentally delete a timesheet, you will need to contact your admin and have them manually add it back in if you do not have permission to add time for yourself.
