Start a [Free 14 Day Trial](https://app.timeero.com/#/sign-up) and set up your account. 2. Select a plan at any point during the trial period. ### FAQs **My trial period is over but I want deactivate users before signing up. How do I do that?** After selecting a plan, you will be able to deactivate users before adding payment details. Simply select "Deactivate Users" and then select all users you wish to deactivate.  **It's saying I have two users, but I only have one employee. How do I get rid of the extra user?** Because we do not charge a base fee, we do charge any Admin, Manager, or Employee as a user.
