All-around reports that are useful for payroll, reimbursements, compliance with company policy and any of our Payroll Integrations.

Choose hourly-focused reports (By User, By Date Range, By Job/Task) for standard payroll, Daily Flat Rate reports for salaried employees, and specialized reports (Mileage, Breaks, Flagged Entries) for specific tracking needs.
Report viewability is dependent on the set Hourly or Daily Rate pay
What is the Report By User or Group?
Includes: Start/Stop times; Employee IDs; Job/Task Names; Mileage; Notes; Regular Hours; Overtime Hours; Double Overtime Hours; Total Hours and Mileage Costs.
Best Used For: Payroll integrations, requests from employees for timesheet history.
Should Not Be Used For: Salary/Daily Rate employees.

What is the Report by Date Range?
Includes: Start/Stop Times; Job/Task Names; Mileage; Notes; Regular Hours; Overtime Hours; Double Overtime Hours; Total Hours and Mileage Costs.
Best Used For: Payroll integrations; Viewing all hourly rate employees timesheets.
Should Not Be Used For: Salary/Daily Rate employees.

What do the Report by Job and Report by Task Show?
Includes: Start/Stop Times; Job/Task Names; Mileage; Notes; Total Hours Billed; Total Mileage; Total Hours Cost; Total Mileage Cost.
Best Used For: When paying a special job rate that should override an employee's set rate; Calculating invoices for clients; Determining overall time spent at/on a specific job/task.
Should Not Be Used For: Salary/Daily Rate employees, Segmented Tracking jobs.

What Does the Report by Totals Only Show?
Includes: Total Mileage; Regular Hours; Regular Pay; Overtime Hours; Double Overtime Hours; Total Overtime Cost; Total Time; Total Hours Cost; Total Mileage Cost.
Best Used For: ADP RUN CSV export; Getting a full overview of all hourly worker totals for a date range.
Should Not Be Used For: Salary/Daily Rate employees.

What Does the Report By Mileage Show?
Includes: Employee IDs; Job/Task; Dates; Mileage; Start/End Address (Premium Only); Notes; Total Mileage; Total Mileage Cost.
Best Used For: If you are only reimbursing mileage and do not need hours worked or start/stop times. For users who have track mileage turned on.
Should Not Be Used For: Payroll reports that need hours worked or total hours cost. For users who have track mileage turned off.

What Does the Break Report Show?
Includes: Shift Start/Stop Times; Break Type; Break Duration; Break Start/Stop Times.
Best Used For: Quickly checking for compliance with company break policy.
Should Not Be Used For: Employees/companies that do not use manual breaks.

What Does the Scheduled vs Hours Worked Report Show?
Includes: Scheduled Hours; Worked Hours; Calculated Difference. Now includes "User" & "Group" column when generating a report.
Best Used For: Making sure employees are working their scheduled hours, and seeing the difference between what they should have worked vs what they did work.
Should Not Be Used For: Employees/companies that do not use the scheduling feature.

What do the Daily Flat Rate By User and Daily Flat Rate By Total Reports Show?
Includes: Employee IDs; Job/Task Names; Start/Stop Times; Total Hours; Mileage; Notes; Total Wages Cost; Total Mileage Cost.
Best Used For: Salary/Daily Rate Employees.
Should Not Be Used For: Hourly Rate employees.

What Does the Week Totals Report Show?
Includes: Total Hours by Day; Total Hours for Week.
Best Used For: Calculating overall hours clocked by all employees; Manually determining Overtime or Double Overtime.
Should Not Be Used For: Mileage; Pre-calculated wages costs.

What Does the Schedule Report Show?
Includes: Total hours scheduled for each job, also listed by user assigned to those shifts.
Best Used For: Viewing total time scheduled at each job.
Should Not Be Used For: Daily Rate Users.

What Does the Job Totals Report Show?
Includes: Job name, Task Name, Total clocked in hours for the task.
Best Used For: Viewing total hours worked for each task and what job that task is tied to.
Should Not Be Used For: Salary/Daily Rate employees, Segmented Tracking jobs.

What is the Data Export for?
Select a user and date range, and a csv file will be created and exported with a line item for each GPS breadcrumb Timeero captured for that user during that period.
Includes: First name, last name, and email address of the user; the timesheet ID this breadcrumb belongs to; the timestamp (in local time zone and UTC) of when that location was captured; latitude and longitude of the location captured. Now, Jobs and Users can be downloaded and exported. This includes (Active, Inactive, or all) from the drop-down list.
Best Used For: Viewing breadcrumb data in a list format, instead of just on a map
Should Not Be Used For: Inactive users
What Does the Flagged Entries Report Show?
Includes: name, user ID, job/task, clock in/out times, duration, miles, and the flagged reason
Best Used for: Seeing all of your user's flagged timesheet entries and the reasons they were flagged.

FAQs
Can I download the report data?
Yes, you can download the data to CSV files or PDF files to your computer; if you want to share the data with other users, or have for your own record-keeping.
Can I export the report data to my payroll system?
Yes, If you’re on a Pro or Premium plan, you can send your time and mileage data directly to the supported payroll systems through the Integrations page. Once your payroll integration is connected, simply run the appropriate report and follow the prompts to export the data to your payroll provider.
