How do I Refer a Friend to Timeero from the Web Portal?

1. Log into the web portal.

2. Click the Refer and Earn button in the upper right corner.

3. Copy the unique link and share it with friends. 

 

How do I Refer a Friend to Timeero from my Mobile App?

1. Tap on the Settings menu in the top-left corner.
2. Scroll down and select Refer to earn cash!
3. Tap on the Share button and choose your sharing method.
4. Send your unique link that's included in the pre-made message generated by our system. 

Our system will track when your referral signs up and becomes eligible for your reward, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.

 

What are the Eligibility Requirements?

1. The referred customer must sign up using your unique referral link.
2. The referred customer must become a paying customer. You become eligible for the reward 90 days after the referred customer's free trial concludes.
3. You must remain an active, paying Timeero customer at the time of payout.
   1. (If you're an employee, you must be active in your company's Timeero account at the time of payout, otherwise the reward will default to a credit for your company).

 

What is the reward?

• For referring a new customer, you receive a cash reward. You can choose to receive the payout in the form of a gift card or Timeero account credit.
• If the team you refer signs up for the Basic Plan, the reward is $50.
• If the team you refer signs up for a Pro, Premium, or Enterprise plan, the reward is $200.
• If you qualify, Timeero sends your reward within 72 hours.

 

What are the Stipulations?

1. The referrer and referred customer cannot be the same. You cannot refer yourself or your own company. For example, some companies have multiple Timeero accounts.
2. The referrer and referred companies cannot be associated unless it's a franchise or chain.

You’re welcome to share your referral link with as many eligible businesses as you’d like, as long as they stay a customer 90 days after their trial. 

Can I refer a business that’s in a different industry than mine? 

Yes, you can refer any eligible business that could benefit from Timeero, regardless of their industry or size.
