Mobile App Settings for iOS and Android

To access the settings for the mobile app click the gear icon in the upper left corner after you have logged in.

What Information is Shown Under Account Info?
This section will show you the first and last name associated with your login, the email address, and what your role is on your company's account.
How do I Set up Notification Settings?
Set up clock in and clock out reminders here.

If you log out of the app, these settings will be reset to default (off).
What is Automatic Clock In/Out
This setting is currently disabled for all accounts, but keep an eye out for future updates!
How do I Change my Map Style?
The default map style when viewing your timesheets or Who's Working is the road map view. If you'd like to have it set to Satellite instead, you can change this here.
How do I do a Tap to Manually Sync?
This button is very helpful if your admin has updated something on the web portal (such as a new job or a new schedule) and you need to see it right away. By default, Timeero will sync itself at regular intervals, but if you need it faster then click this button!
How do I Switch Between Miles/Kilometers
Toggle this if you want to switch between what units of measure you prefer. This will only affect your own device, so timesheets will show up on the web portal as whatever the admin has set it to.
What is the Tracker Checklist?
This is the most important part of making sure that you are getting accurate mileage calculations and geolocations! You'll want to make sure that this says 100% anytime that you're clocked in to make sure every mile is counted.

FAQs
Can the admin make changes to the app on my phone?
No, the admin can't make any direct changes to your device from the web portal. Any changes to the settings on the mobile device will be directly through the users phone app.
