How Do I Mute Conversations on the Web Portal?

Hover over the name of the conversation that you want to mute.

Click on the three dots.

Select Mute Notifications.
- You will see a bell icon with a slash through it indicating that the notifications are muted.
You can unmute the notifications at any time by following the same steps.
How Do I Mute Conversations on the Mobile App?

Select the conversation you would like to mute.
- Click on the name of the conversation at the top.
- Toggle on Mute Group.
Muting notifications through the web portal will also mute them on the app and vice versa.

No, there is not a setting that turns off notifications for all messages. If you do not wish to receive any messaging notifications, you will have to turn notifications off for each individual conversation.
