How to Use QuickBooks Online Payroll Items with Timeero

What do Online Payroll Items do?

  • Allows you to export time activity and split the time between regular, overtime, and double-overtime. 
  • Without this feature enabled, all time will be sent as regular hours. 

 

How do I enable Payroll Export Total?

  1. Contact our Support Team to enable Payroll Support. 
  2. Once enabled you will be able to see the option to Enable Payroll on the Configuration page of your QuickBooks Online Integration. Select the checkbox. 

  3. Select Sync Payroll Items on the left hand side. 
  4. Map your Regular Hours, Overtime, and Double-Overtime to the corresponding categories in QuickBooks Online by Selecting them from the drop down menus. 
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
