How to subscribe after your 14-day free trial

Your free trial will end after 14 days. To keep the tracking going, you'll need to subscribe.  

1.  Log into the web portal

2. Click on your initials or photo at the top right-hand side of your screen and then choose Account & Billing

3. Click on the Select Plan button

4. Choose a plan that works best for you and your team

 

How much does Timeero Cost?

Payment

In addition to credit cards, we accept ACH payments.  To set up ACH, please contact your Timeero account manager or email us at hello@timeero.com.

Monthly Subscription

When you upgrade to one of our monthly plans, your credit card will be charged immediately for the entire month and include the cost for however many users are in your account when you begin your subscription. 

When you add more users, you will be charged for those users on your next invoice. 

When you deactivate a user, you will see a credit for unused time on your next invoice.  

You may cancel your plan anytime. 

We do not offer refunds.  

The charge is the same for all users, no matter their role (admin, manager, employee).

Annual Subscription

When you upgrade to one of our Annual plans, your credit card will be charged immediately for the entire year and include the cost for however many users are in your account when you begin your subscription. 

When you add more users, an invoice will be created & you will be charged immediately for each user. 

When you deactivate a user, you will see a credit for unused time on your next invoice. 

You may cancel your plan anytime. 

We do not offer refunds.  

The charge is the same for all users, no matter their role (admin, manager, employee).
