How to Send a Photo or File in Messaging

• Effortlessly send photos, videos, or files to your team through Timeero's messaging feature. 

How Do I Send a File, Photo, or Video on the Web Portal?

1. Navigate to the Messaging tab. 
2. Select the conversation you want to send something in or start a new conversation. 
3. Select the plus icon next to the message box. 
   
4. Select a file from your computer. 
5. Select Open. 
6. Click on the blue arrow to send the file.

How Do I Send a File, Photo, or Video on the Mobile App?

1. Navigate to the chats section of the app. 
2. Select the conversation you want to send something in. 
3. Select the Paper clip icon. 

4. • To send a photo or video from your photo library select the photo icon. 

   • To send a file from your device, select the file icon. 
   • To take a new photo or video to send, select the camera icon. 

      4.   Select the media you want to attach.

      5.   Click the blue arrow to send.

Is there a way to view all the media in a conversation?

Yes, you can view all photos, videos, and files that have been sent in a conversation by going to the chat details. Select the initials or name of the conversation at the top to view the details.
