How do I Opt Into Using the Messaging Feature?

Timeero's new messaging feature is currently in the beta testing phase. If you would like to beta test messaging and provide feedback on the feature, please contact customer support and request to have it turned on in your account. 

  • Start a chat with us from the web portal. 
  • Send an email to hello@timeero.com. 
  • Give us a call at (888) 998-0852

 

What Happens When the Feature Goes Live?

  • Once the beta testing for messaging is complete (March 2026), it will be available as an add-on feature for an additional $2 per user per month. 

  • You will be able to purchase the feature on the Account & Billing Page of the web portal.
