My trial period is over but I want deactivate users before signing up. How do I do that?

After selecting a plan, you will be able to deactivate users before adding payment details. Simply select "Deactivate Users" and then select all users you wish to deactivate.

It's saying I have two users, but I only have one employee. How do I get rid of the extra user?

Because we do not charge a base fee, we do charge any Admin, Manager, or Employee as a user. If you have one employee plus yourself as the admin, that will be two users.

How do I sign up without the 14 day trial?

Starting a free trial is the only way to sign up for Timeero, but you are welcome to select a plan at any point during the trial process.
