How to add Users or Employees in Timeero
You can invite an unlimited number of users or teammates into Timeero. You can invite users through the mobile apps or through the web portal. In order to get more advanced settings, we recommend you use the web portal. Web Go to Employees > Add New Employee. Fill in the names and any other requested info. Names: Fill in the first name and last name of the employee Email and Password: The email will be used as the username for the user/employee to log in to the mobile app
How to view clock in/out location
Web: To view the GPS locations of a time entry or shift: Go to Time Management > View Times. You will see a button that says Show Map, if the location of the shift was captured. Click on Show Map to reveal the map showing the clock in and clock out GPS points. iOS: Go to Time Entries and tap on a time entry. Tap on the View Location button to reveal GPS locations on the map. Android: Go to Timesheets and tap on a time entry. If

SMS Clock In/Out
There are several ways to clock in/out of Timeero. SMS is one of the many ways to log your hours. Getting Started Setting up SMS is very simple. To use the SMS clock in/out be sure to set an Employee’s Code, on the employee. The employee code is a 4 digit number that is needed for the user to clock in. How Do I Clock In/Out With SMS? What are flagged time entries?
Time entries may be flagged in Timeero if a user clocks in/out of a job, outside of the geofence. A flagged time entry will be highlighted like this: To view the reason why the time entry was flagged, you can click on the details icon (eye icon). How do I activate or deactivate users?
Do you have seasonal employees or any users you do not wish to keep paying for but want their timesheets retained? If so, you can deactivate the user account you do not wish to pay for. You are not billed for a deactivated account. Deactivating a user account does not delete their timesheets. To deactivate or activate an employee: Go to Employees then click Employee List. How to activate or deactivate a job

What devices does Timeero work on?
Timeero will run on Android smartphones and tablets running Android 4.3 and up and on iOS devices running iOS 11.1 or later. Automatic Lunch Breaks Deductions
You can automatically insert lunch breaks in your employee’s timesheet using Timeero. To turn on automatic lunch breaks go to Company Settings > General. Scroll till you see “Insert lunch break automatically”. In here you can set a threshold hours to trigger automatic lunch break deductions. How Can Employees Record Time for Lunch or Breaks?
There are multiple ways to make sure employees clock out for lunch or breaks: Use the built in reminder on the mobile apps to remind employees to clock out for lunch. A reminder can be sent for lunch using the clock in or clock out reminder. A “Lunch” or “Break” job can be created for employees to clock in to for lunch. How do I approve time entries?
Approving time entries in Timeero is very simple. Once a time entry is approved, it cannot be edited, unless it is unapproved again. Steps to approve timesheets: Go to Timesheets then click on View Times. Select the checkbox next to the timesheets you want to approve. Click on the Select dropdown and choose Approve to approve the timesheets.
How to View Photos
