How do I print a schedule?
We understand there are times when printing a schedule maybe slightly more convenient for you. Hence we've provided a great way to print schedule. Printing a schedule can currently be done from the web/desktop application. Simply go to the Scheduling > Schedule. Click on the printer icon on the top right to print a PDF version of your schedule. Connect Your Calendar to Your Timeero Schedule
There are many times when you may want to share your Timeero calendar schedule with external parties outside of Timeero. Here, you will learn how to connect your Timeero schedule calendar to an external calendar such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. How can you tell which shifts have been accepted or declined?
Desktop: An accepted shift will have a thumbs up icon on it on the web calendar like so: A declined shift will have a thumbs down on it. Mobile: An accepted shift will have a light green background and a declined shift will have a light red background.
Create & Edit Schedules Using The Mobile App
Adding shifts to your calendar using the Timeero Mobile App is an easy process and it can be done by Admins, Managers and Employees. By default, Admins can add/edit schedules for all employees while Managers can add/edit schedules only for the employees within their group. By default, Employees cannot add/edit schedules. In some cases, it is necessary to allow a User of an Employee Role to add/edit their own schedules. To give access to schedule adding/editing to a User of an E
