The Schedule Tab in your Timeero account will allow you to schedule employees. This can be done from your desktop dashboard or your mobile app.

Scheduling an Employee
To schedule an employee, you can click on the calendar itself and add any job/task or regular shift.



Once you have filled out the title, job, assigned employee, time, and details, you can choose whether this will be a one time schedule or a reoccurring by selecting the following options:



Once you have saved, the employee will receive an email notification, a push notification, and will have access to checking their schedule directly from their mobile app. Simply put your cursor over the calendar link show below to see the full details.
