You may have forgotten to configure mileage tracking settings properly for a user, therefore their mileage did not track.

Have no fear! You can always recalculate the missing mileage.

Log into the Timeero Web Portal

Click on Timesheets > View Times

Use the filter to view the correct date

To the far right, next to the MAP button, click on the Eyeball Icon

Finally, click on Recalculate Mileage
