There are two ways to change a password in Timeero:
You can do it yourself.
You can ask your admin to change it for you. Users with the administrator role can change passwords.

What To Do If You Forgot Your Password

If you forgot your password, visit and click on Forgot your password.

The Do-It-Yourself Way
Every user can change their password in Timeero at anytime. If you are an employee, you may have received an email, and a SMS text message, with credentials on how to log in to the Timeero app. There are many reasons why you may want to change your password.

Follow these steps to change your email:
To change your password you first need to go to If you do not know your email, contact the administrator on your Timeero to look up your email.
Once you are logged in go to Profile and click on Change Password.
Enter your existing password and then enter your new password. You will not be able to change your password if you do not know your current password. If you’ve forgotten your current password, be sure to use our forgot password link to reset it.
Once you’ve entered your old and new password, you can click on save. Now that was easy!
