Audit logs show who made changes and when; giving you a clear history of edits for better transparency.
To access the Audit log:
- Log into the web portal.
- Click on the gear icon.
- Click on Audit logs.

What activity is shown in the Audit log:
The following actions are captured.
You can view and search, on the search bar, who did what and when (date and time) it happened.
- Logins and logouts
- Added, edited, and deleted timesheets
- Deleted users
- Added, edited, and deleted breaks
- Added, edited, and deleted time off categories
- Added, edited, and deleted time off requests
- Added, edited, and deleted commute mileage
- Added, edited, and deleted segmented tracker settings
Who Can Access the Audit Logs:
Admins only.

When should I use the audit log?
Use the audit log any time something looks off—like a missing timesheet, a changed break, or a deleted user—to quickly see who made the change and when.
How quickly are changes shown in the audit log?
Changes appear in the audit log almost immediately after they happen, so you can review recent activity on the account.
Can I filter what I see in the audit log?
Yes. You can use the search bar in the audit log to quickly find specific users, actions, or dates, so you don’t have to scroll through every entry.
