Scroll down and tap **Apps & Notifications** (or just **Apps** on some devices). 3. Find and select the **Timeero** app to enable background location access. 4. Tap **Permissions**. 5. Look for **Location** and tap it. 6. Yes, without this permission, the app can only track while the app is open on your phone. Setting it to allow always will allow it to run in the background for accurate tracking.  ##### Can Timeero track me all the time?
